The following email was sent to the cardholder service of TruWest Credit Union today:
Because an unknown charge of $450.00 was added to my credit card account, I asked a customer representative of the Visa card service of TruWest Credit Union to remove an unknown charge from my account and to renew my credit card for safety, over the telephone, on 18 March 2013. I believe that TruWest Credit Union has already sent me the form to report a doubtful transaction officially and the newly issued credit cards.
So far, the form and the new credit cards have not been delivered to any possible address in Japan. For some reason or other, either the USPS or the Postal Service in Japan may be holding the envelopes that TruWest sent to me last month. If TruWest sent them to my old address in Austin TX, it's more highly probable that the delivery process of the envelopes consisting of the domestic delivery, the transfer to the new destination, and the international delivery to Japan take more than 22 days.
On February 13, 2013, I submitted a notification of my change of address to TruWest Credit Union. As written previously, my old address and new address on the bank account system are 12720 Twisted Briar Ln. Austin Texas 78729 US and my legal domicile in Ishikawa Prefecture Japan, which is my mother's house, respectively. Would you tell me where TruWest sent the form and the new credit cards to, my old address in Austin TX USA, or my legal domicile in Japan?
