IBM made some improvements in the development of graphene-based transistors. This can be another competitor with compound channel transistors for post-silicon high-performance applications. It seems that a graphene transistor is more realistic than a carbon nanotube transistor, in terms of its manufacturability. Both the scalability of a transistor with the two-dimensional sheet-shaped graphene channel and the properties of the interfaces between the graphene and other materials, where there is neither a covalent bond among them nor a dangling bond from carbon in the channel, draw my attention. In terms of scalability, a carbon nanotube transistor, which has a tubular channel and a gate-all-around configuration, is better than a graphene transistor.

BTW, needless to say, a three-dimensional device structure with a three-dimensional channel such as double-gate FinFET, TriGate, and Gate-All-Around FET, has a better transistor design than a planar device structure with a three-dimensional channel does.

Mostly, parents are responsible for their children's obesity. Who should educate them? Obstetricians should do it.
A proper amount of exercise helps us build up our body and preserve our good state of health. Although weight loss may be accomplished by "very intense" exercise every day, it isn't healthy, especially for middle-aged and old people. A reduction in the portion of daily meals while maintaining a good balance in nutrition is the golden rule.

The discovery above draws the hypothesis that there existed forms of life in a solar system that was formed before our solar system, reached its life span, and left various clouds of dust and gas containing organic compounds in interstellar space. It's interesting to study what the origin of life is. It continues to be covered in a veil of mystery.
