Considered where the safest large city to live in the US in terms of several risk and convenience factors. A couple of factors specialized for Japanese are also taken into consideration. Portland OR gets the best score. Both Seattle WA and Louisville KY get the second-best score. Both Raleigh NC and Honolulu HI get the third. Fort Worth TX, El Paso TX, San Jose CA, Tucson AZ, and Mesa AZ get the fourth.
Also compared them with the suburbs of Boston MA and New York NY. The score of a suburb of Boston MA corresponds to the third-best score in the US large cities. The score of a suburb of New York City corresponds to the fourth.

Have searched online for "luxury" brand-new real estate in Fort Worth TX, Seattle WA, and the suburbs of Boston MA through online for the last month. A couple of luxury residences found in Fort Worth and its suburbs attract me.

Planed several leisurely travel itineraries for the last couple of days. The following itemizes some of my tentative travel itineraries:
Japan (Tokyo) for a Thorough Medical Examination
Greece
Ireland – UK
Italy
Australia – New Zealand
Switzerland – France (Provence)
Scandinavia – Russia
Spain - Portugal
France – Austria – Rhine River Cruise – Belgium
 Hungary – Czech – Poland – 3 Baltic

Give the highest priority to travel to Japan for a thorough medical examination. It's common for a man over forty to undergo a thorough medical examination once every year in Japan.
I have had dull pains in my left abdominal region for the last 7 years. I may need to have polyps removed when an endoscope/colonoscope reveals them in my large intestine. An M.D. of a clinic in Austin TX told me about six years ago that an endoscopist in the US seldom removes a polyp even when he/she finds it during examination. I have been in dietetic therapy since then, as she suggested, instead of receiving any endoscope/colonoscope exam. It's time for me to undergo an endoscope/colonoscope exam in Japan now.
Suffered from severe autonomic imbalance due to working too much about five and a half years ago, as written previously. It developed a very persistent cough, shivering fit, and dizziness those days. Time healed my persistent cough, fortunately. Still need to verify that it hasn't led to the other illnesses since then, however.
My father passed away with subarachnoid hemorrhage in his fifties. I would like to undergo MRA to investigate my cerebrovascular vessel in detail in my forties.

BTW I visited China about nineteen years ago, Greece and Mexico about fourteen years ago, and Italy about two years ago. The International Space Station is the last sort of place I would like to visit because it isn't comfortable.

USA Today reported that obesity could carve 10 years off life. Adults who are extremely obese may take as much as a decade off their lives, according to a new analysis that involved 900,000 people. Mr. Elvis Presley could have lived longer if he hadn't become obese in his thirties and forties.

I would like to write about a mysterious name, "Ryouko".
It seems that Ryouko means the first name of a Japanese female. Am not acquainted with the person whose first name is Ryouko in my life, however.
Took a meal together with my mother, my wife's mother, and my wife at a restaurant in Tokyo Japan a couple of days after formally registering our marriage about seven years ago. In the course of a meal, my mother called my wife "Ryouko-san". Who on earth is Ryouko-san? My wife's first name is Naoko. Have never had a girlfriend or fiancée whose first name is Ryouko.
My mother said so again over the telephone yesterday evening. She said, "How does Ryouko-san feel recently?"
Who is Ryouko-san, indeed? Where did it come from? My wife guessed that my mother confused the first name of my wife with that of my wife's mother, and the first name of my wife's mother with that of a mysterious sphinx, Ryouko-san. Neither the first name of my wife nor that of my wife's mother is Ryouko.

The following is the list of countries by GDP (Ref. IMF). This table also includes the number of billionaires (Ref. Forbes Magazine) and the normalized number of Billionaires =(# of Billionaires)/(GDP normalized to the US). It roughly represents a degree of freedom in both the possession of private property and the growth of a person of wealth in a country for a constant GDP per person and a constant population. The table below was finally upgraded (changed back) owing to the conversation with my wife and reexamination.

Country GDP Population # of Billionaires Normalized # of Billionaires

There was a severe hailstorm this afternoon. The hailstorm inflicted no serious damage on our house and no damage on our vehicles at all, though it brought hails comparable in size to a golf ball. Our vehicles were kept in the garage of our house safely during hailstorms.

"This is an interesting topic found in the BBC online news today". The following are my comments on it:
Fifty-seven years have already passed since the US first ignited the fusion of hydrogen isotopes such as deuterium and tritium using the heat released by nuclear fission with a nuclear bomb at Enewetak Atoll in 1952. What it tested in the Marshall Islands those days was the so-called hydrogen bomb. The US scientists and engineers may be able to ignite the nuclear fusion reaction artificially and more controllably using the energy generated by a huge laser facility within a couple of years, according to the news above. In the laser fusion reactor, very strong laser pulses isotropically hit a solid fuel sphere located in a tamper, so that it can be compressed and heated significantly. This could mark the first milestone in the peaceful use of nuclear fusion. However, there are quite a few other tough hurdles to overcome, for example, the development of heat- and neutron radiation-resistant materials specialized for a fusion reactor and so on. To put it in another way, a baby sun has to be maintained and controlled tightly in a room without damaging its walls. It sounds difficult.
The following list indicates its advantages and disadvantages:
The fuel of the DD nuclear fusion reactor (D + D -> He-3 + n + 3.27MeV), deuterium is abundant in the oceans on Earth (about 0.015% of all naturally occurring hydrogen).
Both the reactant (deuterium) and the main product (light helium) of the DD nuclear reactor are harmless. The other reactant/product, tritium is a radioactive hydrogen isotope. It emits a weak beta ray.
The energy per unit mass released by the nuclear fusion is higher than that by the nuclear fission.
The nuclear fusion itself is not so appropriate for the purpose of the weapons because of the difficulty of its ignition. However, hydrogen isotopes can be used as the main fuel of a bomb in the case that nuclear fission is used as its detonator. Therefore, the substitution of all of the fission reactors by the fusion reactors may help reduce the risk of the proliferation of nuclear weapons in the future.
The control of the nuclear fusion reaction is very difficult. On the other hand, the nuclear fission reaction can be easily controlled using control rods. This is why the first generation of fission reactors for civil purposes were constructed in the 1950s. This fact may suggest that a fusion reactor potentially has a higher probability of a malfunction followed by a serious accident than a fission reactor does. However, an accident of a fusion reactor scatters much less amount of poisonous materials than that of a fission reactor.

Hope that a nuclear fusion reactor will be realized in my life. It will take fifty more years or longer probably. Needless to say, nuclear fusion isn't keeping up with our needs for the mitigation of current environmental issues.
